Xscend Gate Driver Product Line

The Xscend gate drivers, designed for high-voltage half-bridge and single-channel applications, offer robust features tailored for automotive and industrial use, such as motor control, renewable energy systems, and EV battery chargers. They support a wide range of power devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiCs) with output voltages up to 1700 V and drive current capabilities from 0.35/0.65 A to 14 A. Key features include fast switching with Ton/Toff times as low as 200 ns, comprehensive protection mechanisms like undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection (OCP), and Miller clamping, as well as enhanced reliability through iso-ring and capacitance isolation (up to 5.7 kV Vrms). Additional benefits include integrated components like bootstrap diodes and gate resistors, CMOS/TTL-compatible inputs for easy integration, and high common-mode transient immunity (>200 kV/µs), ensuring efficient and reliable performance in demanding environments.
