Overview of Performance Exchanges

A Performance Exchange has one paramount purpose – to help businesses succeed – by providing members with a forum to share ideas and a benchmark against which they can measure their success.

How does it work?

Performance Exchanges or "Twenty Groups," as they are sometimes called, are autonomous, and are organized by sales volume and by the nature and complexity of their business. Participants are always from non-competing markets.
A group can be made up of business owners, managers, dealers or franchisees from a particular industry or business discipline.
Meetings are held three times per year and are professionally assisted by a moderator experienced in that industry. Topics range from marketing strategies and promotions to profitability and customer service.
Comparison reports, compiled from data contributed by each member, are used to identify opportunities for improvement.
Benchmarks® are established for key financial and service quality drivers, allowing participants to compare their performance to industry standards and others in the Exchange.
The result is improved profits, peak performance, empowered management, and happier, more productive employees.

The bottom line? It’s the best dollar your business will ever spend.
